5 Valuable Strategies To Help You 10X Your Productivity
Strategy #1 Don’t be so available
All great business leaders and entrepreneurs that I come in contact with have one thing in common. They are not so available. If you don’t believe it, pick up your phone right now call Bill Gates’s assistance and see if he or she will allow you to meet with him. You see, all these great business leaders have taught us one thing. Don’t be so available. Create a space where you can monomaniacally focus on one thing that will move the needle in your industry. Drop into “flow state” eliminate all distractions so you can play at the Picasso level.
Strategy #2 Time block your one thing
Get up nice and early every day and plan your day. You see friend, the things that get scheduled are the things that get done. Master your life by mastering your time management. Time blocking your one thing and load on it, daily. Picasso didn’t try to master the piano. He puts all his energy on one thing, Paint.
Strategy #3 Let go of all toxic influences
You can die from someone’s toxic influence. You can own your craft and change the world or you can chill with energy vampires. You can’t do both. The truth is that not everyone meant to travel with you. People who don’t get you. Pour negative energy on your precious positive mindset need to go. Period.
Strategy #4 Get in shape
First thing first! Your health. if you want to perform at the highest level then you want to be ultra-fit. The more great health you have the better your brain will perform, and the more stamina and energy you’ll have. Exercise every morning. Try intermittent fasting. Cut out all processed food. Drink more water. And sleep well.
Strategy #5 Get great at saying no
As human beings, it’s our nature to avoid conflict. We have the instinct to fit in. In order to survive our ancestors develop the herd mentality, it helped them to survive instead of starving and straying. Now you and I are in the modern era, we don’t need to agreeing to every request. Great go-getters are good at saying no. they focus on their vision, and uplift the world in the process.
I hope this helps
